According to a report from TMZ, the "I
Will Always Love You" songstress' Autopsy Report from the LA County Coroner's
office has "devastated" her mother Cissy Houston, leaving her
"inconsolable."
Mama Houston was reduced to hysterical
tears when she was told that the coroner found a white powder with a drug spoon
and other paraphernalia in the hotel room.
Cissy told her friends that she's afraid
people will only remember Whitney for her drug use, rather than her amazing
voice and loving spirit.
"This is the type of thing people should
remember Whitney for. No one's perfect. Only the Lord can judge" , said

It's been almost two months since the
tragic death of singing legend Whitney Houston, and on Wednesday (April 4) the
final coroner's report saw release - with the contents being laden with
previously unknown details.
As previously reported by GossipCenter,
the 48-year-old singer was found underwater in the bathtub of her Beverly Hilton
hotel room by her assistant on the night of February 11th.
On top of that, officials confirmed that
there were trace amounts of cocaine in Houston's system and that she died from
"accidental drowning." The report also goes on to paint a more vivid picture of
what the room had looked like at the time of death, including an open bottle of
champagne and a dozen prescription pill bottles throughout the room.
Upon completion of the report, Kristy
McCracken of the Beverly Hills Police Department concluded that Miss Houston
"possibly overdosed on a narcotic substance, prescription medications, over the
counter medications and alcohol."
Though the documents revealed that
Whitney's overall body was described as "well built, muscular and fairly well
nourished," toxicology tests showed multiple drugs and medications in her system
including, cocaine, Benadril, the muscle relaxer Flexeril, marijuana and
Xanax.

was also "a small spoon with a white crystal like substance in it and a rolled
up piece of white paper."

If the opportunity ever presented itself,
Rihanna is hoping to make it known she would "love" the chance to play Whitney
Houston in a biopic based on the singer's life.
Opening up to The Press Association,
Rihanna, 24, discussed her attachment to the legendary vocalist, who died
tragically on February 11 at the age of 48.
"My first song that I remember falling
love with was a Whitney Houston song: 'I Will Always Love You,'" Rihanna shared.
"It was really inspiring and it made me develop a passion for music, so really,
she's partly responsible for me being here in this industry."
The "We Found Love" singer added she
understands the type of commitment needed to undertake such a meaningful
part.
"That would be something that I would
have to give my entire life to do, because I would really want to pull it off,"
Rihanna told reporters. "That's a huge, huge role and whoever does it has to do
a good job."
On her final day alive, Houston
complained she had a sore throat for several days, and an assistant suggested
she take a bath, according to the report. By the time her assistant returned,
Houston had been submerged for at least an hour, the report
estimates.
Investigators initially expected drugs or
alcohol played a role in Houston's death, but no alcohol was found in her
system. They eventually ruled her death an accidental drowning, with heart
disease and cocaine use cited as contributing factors.
Houston's death came just hours before a
pre-Grammy gala thrown by her mentor Clive Davis. She was attempting another
comeback by starring in a remake of the film "Sparkle," in which she plays the
mother of three girls who form a singing group and struggle with fame and drug
addiction.
A trailer released Monday featured
Houston prominently, including a snippet of her performance of the classic
gospel song "His Eye Is on the Sparrow."
Toxicology results also showed Houston
had marijuana, Xanax, the Amuscle relaxant Flexeril, and the allergy medication
Benadryl in her system. None of those drugs were considered factors in her
death.
The singer also had buildup of plaque in
her arteries that can restrict blood flow. Winter has said the condition is
common in drug users. The report indicated a 60 percent blockage in the singer's
right coronary artery.
The singer had battled addiction for
years, but friends and family have said she appeared committed to making a
comeback in the months before her death.
"The biggest devil is me. I'm either my
best friend or my worst enemy," Houston told ABC's Diane Sawyer in an infamous
2002 television interview with then-husband Bobby Brown by her side.

Houston's final on-screen performance Monday, when NBC's "Today" show premiered
a trailer for the film "Sparkle."
A remake of the 1976 original, "Sparkle"
stars Houston as the mother of three girls who form a singing group and struggle

The trailer displayed the daughters,
including "American Idol" winner Jordin Sparks, in performance. Houston is

Debra Martin Chase, who is a producer of

interview Monday. "(But) just to have it said yet again that this is Whitney's
last performance, it's hard. It's hard."
Houston is listed as the executive
producer of the movie, which had already finished filming in Detroit when the
superstar died Feb. 11 at age 48 in Beverly Hills, Calif., on the eve of the
Grammy Awards. An autopsy has shown she accidentally drowned in the bathtub,
with heart disease and cocaine use listed as contributing factors.
There is no mention made of drugs in the
trailer, and Chase declined to say whether it would be a focal part of the movie
as it was in the original, saying she didn't want to talk specifically about the
plotlines until closer to the movie's release date.

"She is an integral, very much an
integral part of the movie, but she's not one of the girls," she said. "She
